Is it too long or too short?
Does it mention the skills and experience you possess that are specific to the requirements of the opportunities you are targeting?
Are you stressing what you have to offer that will differentiate you from other job seekers applying for the same position?

Not writing your résumé with the proper keywords in mind
Your résumé doesn’t pass the ‘So what’ Test (give some additional info - turnover, staff managed, revenue generated).
